In late 2016, I worked with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s Epidemiology Program to publish the 2015 Division of Disease Control Annual Report. This design for this report was originally developed by Health Department graphic designer Evan Kirkley in 2015. I was responsible for updating layout and graphic design for this project in 2016. This is 55-page Annual Report contains 12 maps, 26 graphs, and 32 tables.
